One Night In Miami

So proud to play a small part in this important film helmed by Golden Globe nominated director Regina King and working opposite Golden Globe nominated Leslie Odom, Jr. You really must watch this film. Beautiful performances throughout.

Currently streaming and available for rent/purchase on Amazon.

A Boy Called Po

An emotional story about an autistic boy, and his dad, dealing with the recent death of his mom. This film will hit very close to home for families with autism as it takes an honest view of the triumphs and struggles of a family like theirs, while offering a fantastical imagining of the unknowable.

Currently streaming on Tubi or Apple TV and available to rent/buy on Amazon.

We Love You, Sally Carmichael!

My feature directorial effort, about a writer who learns to love himself through the eyes of a young girl who loves his books. She just doesn’t know he wrote them.

“Sally” celebrates the idea of being a fan, of loving what you love without apologies.

Currently streaming and available for rent or purchase on Amazon.

Justice League Dark: Apokolips War

The last in the latest Justice League animated films, my sixth in the series as The Flash, this R-rated action adventure wraps up this serialized universe in a very, I think, satisfying bow.

Currently available on HBO Max and Amazon.

The Ledge

Filmed in Baton Rouge, this was my first movie to premiere at Sundance. Trivia - I was filming an episode of Ugly Betty at the same time and was pulled off of the Betty set in New York and sent straight to the airport when the weather caused an emergency schedule change for the film.

Currently streaming on Amazon and Tubi and available to rent on Apple TV.

Answer This!

From the minds of Funny or Die, “Answer This!” tells the story of a University of Michigan graduate student who learns to stand on his own two feet. Filmed in Ann Arbor, MI, this is the first film the U of M had allowed to used its campus AS its campus. A charming good time, if I do say so myself.

Currently streaming on Vudu and available for rent/purchase on Apple TV and Amazon.

My Girlfriend’s Boyfriend

The old boy meets girl, girl meets other boy, uh-oh this sounds like good clean trouble. Family friendly, charming, funny, romantic, with an unexpected twist that will make you smile. Written by Daryn Tufts, who also wrote “We Love You, Sally Carmichael!” So, if you like one, make sure to watch the other.

Currently streaming on Amazon and Peacock.

Operation Homecoming: Writing the Wartime Experience

I’m proud to have contributed to this Oscar-nominated documentary about the Veterans who participated in a program to write about their experiences in combat. A rare opportunity to hear the firsthand stories of what war is and how it feels.

Currently only available on YouTube.

The Other Side of Heaven

Produced by Oscar winner Gerald Molen this family-friendly indie is based on the memoir of Elder John Goberg, and follows him through his mission to Tonga in 1956. Trivia - We didn’t film in Tonga, but on Rarotonga, the main island of The Cook Islands. Also, Anne Hathaway had auditioned for “The Princess Diaries” just before flying to New Zealand to film her scenes with me, and found out she’d booked it while we were filming.

Not currently available to stream but look like you can get a DVD *gasp!* through Disney.

The Other Side of Heaven 2 Fire of Faith

Anne couldn’t join us for the sequel, filmed almost twenty years after the original. However, reuniting with my New Zealand and Rarotongan friends made this project very special. If you liked the first film, this will be right up your alley.

Currently available to rent/buy on Apple TV or Amazon.
